 I will be open Sunday, February 14^th, Valentines Day. Reservations are available from 4 to 9, menus will be posted to the Web site the first week of February.

I will be featuring Children’s high tea through out Valentines week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday before Valentine’s Day. High Tea is available from 11 to 4, reservations are required for guests planning to arrive between 2:30 and 4.

Scheduled cooking classes;

Monday, February 15^th, 6 o’clock, Cassoulet.  $50 per person, limited to 10.

This is a traditional French winter dish made differently from region to region. It includes beans and meats. It is a slow cooking, hearty meal, mentioned in “ The Best of Boston” 2008 as one of my must try dishes.

Tuesday, February 16^th, 5:30 to 8, Bread and pastry dough and “killer quiche”

$30 per person, limited to 20 guests. My lovely and talented assistant, Teresa, will be instructing the pastry and quiche, her specialties, while I instruct the making of breads.

Sunday, February 21^st 4 PM, This is a repeat of Scallops in Ginger Wine Sauce, my most requested recipe. $40 per person, includes the meal of scallops with rice and vegetables. We will prepare the Scallops in Ginger wine in teams of two guests working together, each team will prepare there own dinner. This class will also include an introduction to making puff pastry.

Sunday, March 7^th 4 PM, Corning beef for St. Patrick’s Day. $50 per person limit 10

In this class I will teach the process of corning beef brisket, traditional vegetable garnishes for the meal and we will make Irish soda bread. Upon completion we will have tastings of all that we have worked to prepare.
